Do I have to drop the bag off somewhere myself?
No. Drop your bags at your hotel reception with your name and room number on them, let the front desk know an outside laundry service will collect them, and send us a photo on WhatsApp or through our contact page. Pick-up and delivery do not cost anything.

What will I actually pay?
Wash & Fold runs 80 THB per kilo, Wash & Iron is 160 THB per kilo. Go express and it is 160 THB per kilo for fold, 200 THB per kilo for iron, with faster handling. Every order carries a 5 kg minimum.
Does my laundry get mixed in with anyone else’s?
Never. Every order gets its own wash cycle, just for you.
What are my payment options?
Cash works, or a Thai bank transfer if you hold a local account. We weigh the bag, photograph the reading and message you the total. Leave that amount at reception — we collect it when we drop your laundry back.
